Affordable Apartment Community Manager- 01701
Coast Property Management is looking to for a Community Manager in Missoula, Montana. We have a position available for a reliable person to help perform the community manager duties at Burlington Square, a 51-unit Senior Apartment community. The right candidate must be able to balance quality with speed and often work independently without much supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing and Leasing:
- Collect and Deposit rents:
- Resident Relations:
- Financial Reporting and Control as directed by the Regional Manager:
- Completion of recertification Administration as directed by the Regional Manager:
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Maintain the physical asset, and curb appeal:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One or more years of direct property management experience.
Knowledge of LIHTC section 42 and HUD regulation is a plus but not a requiring
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Good communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and World Wide Web which will be demonstrated by a passing score on a computer literacy test.
