Are you our next Assistant Talent Acquisitions Coordinator?

You are a people person with an upbeat, cheerful demeanor, and as our Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and connecting the right people with the right positions/hiring managers. You will focus on promoting the company's professional standards of quality. As a team player, you will assist your colleagues with setting and conducting interviews as needed, posting positions, and achieving closure of open positions as quickly as possible.

What you'll be doing as an Assistant Talent Acquisitions Coordinator:

  • Admin Work
  • Unemployment Admin
  • Conflict Resolutions 
  • Source and pre-screen candidates
  • Coordinate the interview process 
  • Facilitate offers and employment negotiations
  • Utilize recruiting resources
  • Make recommendations based on the most current market recruiting trends

Are you qualified?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Conflict resolutions 
  • Unemployment Admin
  • Admin work, i.e., filing, scanning, and shredding
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations relating to recruiting and hiring
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Ability to organize multiple deadlines-driven assignments at once.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to hold confidential information while effectively communicating desired outcomes.

Up to 29 hours a week, flexible working hours

Pay: $25.00 to $27.00
